Join us for The Compassion Home’s 11th Annual Gathering of Friends, A Night of Hope on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the All Saints Church Event Center in Fremont. Enjoy complimentary cocktails, appetizers, live and silent auctions, raffles, and more as we come together in support of compassionate care.

Community Conversations

Tuesdays: November 3, 10, 17, 2026

Time: 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Fremont Area District Library Community Room

WHAT: A series of interactive programs that will address the widespread need for conversations that explore end-of-life concerns. Issues include aging, dementia, caregiving challenges, adult children caring for aging parents, goals-of-care planning, local elder care options, navigating the healthcare system.

WHY: NCCH Staff, volunteers and partners will start the difficult conversation around death and dying topics. Community members will learn about local care options, including the mission of NCCH, and begin gathering information to help them navigate the intricacies of end-of-life issues.

HOW: Through gentle, honest discussion, attendees will be encouraged to learn from experienced caregivers, speakers and seasoned professionals in the end-of-life concerns.
